hey, i came across your comment about social anxiety. i feel like im gong through that. what did you do to "get better" if you dont mind me asking
Hey girl!! I can’t remember which post your talking about cause I’m rarely on here anymore😭but honestly……Lexapro. I’ve struggled w debilitating social anxiety since I was 12 and with early onsets for anxiety like that you are usually genetically or biologically predisposed. At least that’s from what I know. For that reason, therapy/exposure therapy never helped me. Only medication. I live a relatively normal life now and much happier.
